Riley – Mcallen High School

Senior Grad Session

I really enjoyed working with Riley and her family. When I first met Riley, I immediately noticed that she was easy going and would be so pleasant to work with. As we planned her session, her vision of what she wanted her senior session to be, came to life. She knew she wanted a country type outdoor setting, and wanted to wear her boots, incorporate her FFA jacket and also wanted to highlight her acceptance into her dream school, Texas A&M University.

The Location

We looked around at several location options that would fit Riley’s vision. After looking at all of the options, she chose the Hidalgo Pumphouse for her session. This location had exactly what she was looking for and we were able to enjoy all of the greenery, bridges, creeks and gravel paths that a country scenery would’ve provided.

Her School Spirit

Riley had these cute spirit jeans with sparkly letters and designs in her school’s colors, purple and gold. She also wore her senior jersey with her name and her school letterman jacket. Riley gleamed in school spirit and this ensemble added so much color to her photos.

Her Love for Animals

Riley is this year’s FFA president, so taking some photos with her jacket was very important. She also incorporated a belt buckle that was awarded to her. I could tell how proud she was and how much she loved being a part of it. Riley loves animals so much, that she is majoring in animal science so that she can continue to share her love for animals.

Her Future

Riley has been accepted into A&M University where she will study animal science. She hopes to one day become a veterinarian. Riley has always pictured herself going to A&M, so this was truly a dream come true for her. Riley has such a bright future ahead and I wish her the very best in her next journey.

Take a look at some of her final images.
